Happy Birthday Bloo Coo Records!
I hope you have enjoyed yourself over the festive period! First and foremost I would like to thank YOU for supporting Bloo Coo Records throughout 2014. Each one of you that have joined this mailing list are wonderful people and I am honoured to share this year with you.
Yearly Overview
This year has been a year of exciting change for Bloo Coo Records. We started the year announcing our involvement in several music projects. However, only the Sunshine & Daffodils album by The Ladybird Killers was released in February, 2014.
This was partly due to the shift in focus toward our recording facilities and improving our website. We've been working hard this year and it has resulted in the creation of Bloo Coo Studios, our own in-house professional recording space which has so far helped to create lots of great recordings and videos which can be found on our new Bloo Coo Studios section of our website.
Our Bloo Coo Records Youtube Channel and the new Artists section of our website has given greater access and insight to the music that we create. One of our main goals this year was to find new ways to reach out to those that want to listen!
It is these changes that have helped shape our planned activity for the year ahead!

Saus – See You Everywhere We are excited to announce that Davie Saus has completed his début album “See You Everywhere” which has 10 fantastically catchy Rock songs. The album has been given a well deserved professional production by Paul Hollywood who adds a new dimension to Davies well crafted songs.

Playing With Punkarella – Hell and the Heart This epic album full of intricate metal and with intense arrangements was crafted by a talented duo in their own home! Self produced by musician Lee Blades with Kim Thomson showcasing her powerful vocals.
We are proud to support their music and we are expecting big things from this band as the year progresses! Don't miss this album, which will be available to download in early February! |

Future Releases: Rumour Has It and The Ladybird Killers As mentioned previously, at Bloo Coo Studios we have been working on the début album from Rumour Has It, who play an energetic indie/punk blend. This 10 track album is close to completion, expected to be released late February 2015. Look out for the updates as the recordings progress!
Additionally, The Ladybird Killers have started work on their second album which will be released later in the year! The new album will have a darker, heavier sound than their first album, Sunshine & Daffodils as the band explore some jazz inspired arrangements. |
